We want you to be happy and satisfied with all of our products.

All products are guaranteed to hold up for the life of your pet. Call for details.

Should you need to return a product or have one replaced, here is what you do:

• If it's a customized product, simply call our toll-free customer service number (800-543-8247) and an agent will help you out.
• If it's a non-customized product that has never been used, simply send it back to us with a note letting us know:

1.) your customer number or order number

2.) what you didn't like about it and

3.) if you want a replacement product and which product you want or a refund.

We'll take care of it from there. There are no re-stocking fees. You can send it via the carrier of your choice, postage paid to:
