Good concept but needs some design work

I have 2 stars because the rubber does a great job of removing the hair from my cat. However, there are a lot of flaws with this glove. I have 2 big issues with it. The first issue is that the mesh material is not very high quality. The seam on mine was already ripped when I received it... I should not have to mend something I just purchased. The second issue is that it is not easy getting the hair off of the rubber. If you leave it on until it's thicker and above the little rubber bumps where it would be easier to remove, it deposits a lot of the hair back on your pet but if you try to remove it before, it is not easy to get off the glove. I also don't like how much the hair sticks to the mesh portion of the glove either. If they could give you a tool to remove the hair from the rubber more easily, figure out a better mesh material that the hair won't stick to and just have better quality of construction, this would be an awesome product.

Actually I love it, but Charlie loves it more and Joey just isn't quite sure if it is a toy or what? I don't remember ordering a right hand glove, but glad it is.
