Should you need to return a product or have one replaced, here is what you do:
- If it's a customized product, simply call our toll-free customer service number (800-543-8247) and an agent will help you out.
- If it's a non-customized product that has never been used, simply send it back to us with a note letting us know:
1.) your customer number or order number
2.) what you didn't like about it and
3.) if you want a replacement product and which product you want or a refund.
We'll take care of it from there. There are no re-stocking fees. You can send it via the carrier of your choice, postage paid to:
