I needed the country code on my tags and requested rush service through customer service, and I got prompt responses. The pet tags arrived and are incredible quality. I love that they are curved. I put them on my cats' collars and they were not bothered by these at all like they are with dangling tags. Thank you!

I use them for all of my dogs. So far I've ordered 6 of them over the years! They do scratch up a bit on my very active dogs, but they are still readable and so adorable. They stay so much nicer looking than the hanging tags, plus there is no noise and they do not mysteriously fall off! Price is reasonable enough to order new ones whenever needed. They take about a week to arrive. The only downfall is there is no tracking on your order. But, so far so good! I've never had an issue!

Nice and tough! My dog is quite rough with her things, and I spent lots of money on tags in the past. Being a long-haired dog, her tages always tangled in her hair... not with this tag! and she had been wearing it for over 9 years now!
