I have been waiting over 3 weeks and have not received my order. I have called and emailed and gotten no response as to the problem

Unfortunately, due to the month long postal strike in Canada, I still have not received the dog tag. I hope it will appear in my mailbox soon.
However, I have ordered a number of tags from you in the past and have always liked the quality and durability of the tags. I would recommend your tags to anyone looking for a quality tag for their pet.
